These terms govern your use of the website at simplesyrup.works, operated by SimpleSyrup Inc., a corporation incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act ("SimpleSyrup," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. This version replaces the terms dated March 19, 2026; SimpleSyrup Inc. has assumed the operations previously carried on under the SimpleSyrup name.

What this site is

SimpleSyrup is a creative agency. This website describes our services, shares our work, and provides a way to contact us. The website itself is not a platform, marketplace, or application. Our products — such as Roava, our audio walking tour app — have their own terms.

Using the site

You may browse the site and use the contact form to reach us. Don't do anything illegal, abusive, or that interferes with the site's operation. That covers it.

Our content

All content on this site — text, design, images, and code — is owned by SimpleSyrup Inc. unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

When you submit the contact form, you're sending us a message. We'll use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry. We are not obligated to respond to every submission, though we generally will.

The site is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or availability. We do our best, but things break sometimes.
